What is strategic facilitation?
It is the craft of getting a group to produce something together, instead of sitting through a presentation. The facilitator does not supply the answer. They hold the frame, ask the questions that unlock the room, and make sure the session ends with a decision someone owns.
We help executive teams turn a strategy nobody argues with into one everybody actually owns.
We don't hand you a report. The answers come from your own people, because they are the ones who will have to live with them.

Do you actually work in English?
Yes, routinely. We run workshops and leadership seminars in English as readily as in French, on site anywhere in France, across Europe, and remotely for distributed teams. International groups, English-speaking subsidiaries of French companies and cross-border management committees are ordinary work for us, not an exception.
What is strategic facilitation?

How is this different from consulting?
A consultant hands you a report with their answer in it. We do not. The answers come from your own people, because they are the ones who will have to live with them. Our job is the design of the process and the quality of the conversation, not the content of your strategy.
Where do you work?
Across France and internationally. Insuffle is based in Normandy, near Deauville, and travels. We work on site and remotely. Sessions run in French or English, whichever suits the room.
Who do you usually work with?
Executive committees, leadership teams and management committees, mostly in mid-sized companies. Sometimes a whole department when a reorganisation has left people unsure how to work together.
How does a first conversation work?
Thirty minutes, no charge, no slides. You tell us what is stuck. We tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it. If we are not, you still leave with something usable.
